BarkBox is a monthly subscription start-up based in NYC. I helped guide a redesign and relaunch of the web product.
The experience revolves around a simple, 3-step subscription process where users choose their dog size, select a monthly plan and enter billing + delivery info. We used fun illustrations and ultra-usable controls to make the experience as easy and fun as possible.
I also helped implement or enhance a back-end recurring billing system, email marketing tool, referral program, customer service solution and fulfillment operation.
